The weight shift does register, if faintly. The hips slide off the line below the head to one side, with the leg on that side straight, while the other leg angles out with its foot turned sideways. Next to the upright balancing cut the difference is plain, but the tilt is small enough that on its own it passes for an ordinary stand. The hand on the other side rests lightly on the thigh.
