Image License

1. What this covers

This license applies to the sample and comparison images published on Promgrammer — the images under /compare and in the guides. They were generated by Promgrammer with open-weight Stable Diffusion checkpoints, and each one ships with the exact prompt and settings that produced it.

It does not cover images you upload to your own library. Those stay yours — see the Terms of Service.

2. What you may do

You may download, copy, modify and redistribute these images for any purpose, including commercial use, at no cost and without asking us first.

3. Attribution

Attribution is appreciated but not required. If you credit us, link back to the page the image came from, or to www.promgrammer.com.

4. How to acquire a license

Nothing to buy and nothing to sign — the license above is granted to everyone as published on this page. If your organization needs written permission or a different arrangement, email siwooeo@gmail.com.

5. No warranty

The images are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Machine-generated imagery may resemble existing work by coincidence; you are responsible for checking that your use fits your jurisdiction and your context.

6. Changes

We may update this page. A change does not revoke the license already granted for an image you obtained under an earlier version.
