Instead of the lighting setup, a literal butterfly appeared. No butterfly-shaped shadow shows under the nose, and she turns in profile toward the butterfly.
A closer look
The model read butterfly lighting literally rather than as a lighting setup, and painted an orange butterfly by her shoulder. There is no butterfly-shaped shadow under the nose; instead she has turned her head toward the butterfly and is seen in profile. Even the earrings became flower-shaped, so the props changed far more than the light did, and if the lighting pattern is what you are after, this tag did not deliver it here.
