Fantasy skin colours
Ask for a non-human skin colour — does anything else change with it?
This checks whether pushing skin colour outside the human range also brings species features with it. Here, all four cuts changed the skin colour and nothing else.
Every cut below shares one seed, one base prompt and one sampler setting, and differs only by the tag marked in amber.
What each cut shows
Green skin- Yellowish olive-green skin. The ears stay round and human, so no species features came along.
Blue skin- A calm, greyish blue skin. The ears stay human and the eyes are the same grey as in the other cuts.
Purple skin- Purple skin, with the ears left human.
Grey skin- Grey skin, with saturation draining from the whole figure.

Takeaway
In this set the skin-colour tags changed the skin and nothing species-like: all four kept human ears. Do not expect a skin colour alone to turn the figure into another species.
How far this result reaches
Pose, hair length and the earring vary from colour to colour, but the same differences appear in the skin-tone comparison made with the same seed, so they are hard to read as species cues.
Measured on a single Stable Diffusion family checkpoint. The same tags can behave differently on NovelAI, Midjourney or another checkpoint. This is a reference point, not a verdict.
