What this cut shows
The camera drops below the waist and looks up. The figure rises against the frame and the buildings tilt back behind them. This is the basic grammar of a hero shot.
A closer look
Shot from below, it sets her head and shoulders against open sky. She lifts her chin a little and looks down into the lens through half-closed eyes, and because her face is square to the camera that gaze reads more strongly than in the worm's-eye view cut, where the head turns aside. The two tags gave almost the same angle, so in this set this one was all you needed for a low shot. Behind her are a brick building, a shuttered shopfront and a power line crossing the sky.
